Welcome to 360 Express Auto. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Fitment Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or purchase from us.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and others who access or use the website.

1. GENERAL USE

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, or that you are using this site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you agree not to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict access to the site at our sole discretion.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display product descriptions, finishes, colors, sizes, and specifications as accurately as possible. However:

Actual color and finish may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and photography
Product details may be updated without notice
Availability may change at any time
Some products may have minor cosmetic variations consistent with manufacturing, refinishing, or used OEM condition

Used OEM wheels may show minor signs of handling, storage, refurbishment, or prior use unless otherwise specifically stated.

3. PRICING & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or inventory issues
Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions
Limit quantities per customer or per order

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are not final until reviewed, approved, and shipped.

4. SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We currently ship only within the United States and do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding locations.

Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the address provided at checkout, including signature-confirmed deliveries.

5. INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon receipt and before mounting, balancing, or installation.

Damage caused during installation by a shop, tire installer, or third party is not the responsibility of 360 Express Auto.

If there is a missing item, shipping damage, incorrect item, or other order issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to inspect the product before installation may void return eligibility.

6. FITMENT DISCLAIMER

The customer is solely responsible for verifying fitment before purchasing and before installation.

Vehicle compatibility charts, product titles, descriptions, and year/make/model references are provided as a general guide only and do not guarantee fitment.

Before purchasing, the customer must independently verify all relevant specifications, including but not limited to:

Diameter
Width
Bolt pattern
Offset
Center bore
Brake clearance
Suspension clearance
Hub compatibility
Tire compatibility
Center cap diameter
OEM part number or interchange number where applicable

For center caps, customers must verify the exact size in millimeters and compare part numbers or physical measurements before ordering.

For wheels, customers must have a qualified installer test fit one wheel on the front and rear of the vehicle and rotate it 360 degrees to confirm proper clearance before mounting tires.

If a tire has been mounted, the wheel is no longer returnable.

We are not responsible for costs arising from incorrect fitment assumptions, including:

Installation charges
Tire mounting and balancing fees
Alignment costs
Labor charges
Return shipping
Damage caused by improper installation
Losses due to delay or vehicle downtime

7. INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITY

All products must be installed by a qualified professional.

The customer and installer are responsible for ensuring:

Proper fitment
Safe installation
Correct torque specifications
Proper use of hardware
Appropriate tire sizing
Adequate vehicle clearance

360 Express Auto is not liable for damage, injury, or product failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, road hazard impact, racing use, abuse, neglect, or failure to inspect before use.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & RESTOCKING

Returns and exchanges are subject to our posted Return Policy.

To be eligible for return:

The product must be in new, unused, resaleable condition
The item must not have been mounted, installed, or used
All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included
The return must be authorized in advance

Mounted wheels, used products, improperly repackaged items, or damaged returns are not eligible for refund.

Approved returns may be subject to:

Original shipping deductions
Return shipping costs
Insurance costs
A 15% restocking fee

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after the stated return period.

9. USED OEM WHEELS

Used OEM wheels are sold with the understanding that they may not be in brand-new condition unless specifically stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listing description, photos, finish details, and measurements before purchase.

Any refinished, repaired, or restored used OEM wheel is sold as described in the listing. Minor cosmetic variation may exist from wheel to wheel.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Express Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Use or misuse of any product
Improper fitment
Delayed shipment
Installation errors
Product incompatibility
Labor or shop charges
Vehicle damage
Lost profits
Loss of use

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for that product.

11. NO WARRANTY BEYOND STATED TERMS

Unless expressly stated in writing, products are sold as is and without additional warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is subject solely to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

12. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to contact 360 Express Auto first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting a chargeback for a delivered product, a signed-for shipment, or a non-returnable mounted or used product may be contested with supporting records, including delivery confirmation, signatures, order records, communications, and product photos.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product layouts, and branding, is the property of 360 Express Auto or its content suppliers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

14. SITE ACCURACY & AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or product offering without notice.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which 360 Express Auto operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
