We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding locations at this time. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to avoid delays or order cancellation.

PROCESSING TIME

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.

• Center caps and small accessories: typically ship same day or next business day
• Used OEM wheels and wheel sets: may require 1–2 business days for final inspection, packaging, and dispatch
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically by email.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii where available.

Shipping times vary by product size and destination.

Estimated transit times:

• Center caps: 2–5 business days
• Single wheels: 2–6 business days
• Wheel sets: 3–7 business days

SIGNATURE REQUIRED ORDERS

For security and fraud prevention, all orders over $200 require an adult signature upon delivery.

By placing an order over $200, you agree that:

• A signature is required
• Packages cannot be left unattended
• Delivery may be rescheduled by the carrier if no one is available

This policy helps protect both our customers and our business from lost or stolen high-value shipments.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Orders returned due to:

• Invalid addresses
• Refused delivery
• Undeliverable locations
• No signature available

may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

• Take photos of the box and product
• Keep all packaging materials
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted after this period may be denied by the carrier.
